WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

Tealium is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our Education Team. This team delivers high quality education to our customers and business partners. As a member of this team you would be working closely with our training and development teams to plan, deliver, and evaluate technical training courses covering the Tealium platform.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Coordinate on-site training requests with clients and partners to ensure that training meets their specification.
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
  • Develop and optimize the courseware for new and existing courses ensuring a high-standard of course development and course delivery.
  • Design, develop and maintain training material to meet business objectives, creating relevant exercises and examples.
  • Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
  • Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
  • Be Empathetic: Communicate professionally with a wide range of technical and non-technical users to empower them within our product.
  • Be Curious: Have an open mind, listen intently, ask questions relentlessly, and have fun learning.

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

  • You have the ability to deliver training material for a range of roles and technical capabilities.
  • You have extensive experience delivering technical training in a software environment.
  • You have previous experience undertaking Training Needs Analysis
  • You have familiarity with JavaScript and HTML.
  • Preferred experience using training authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or inDesign.
  • Preferred experience with digital marketing and web analytics products such as Adobe Analytics, WebTrends, Google Analytics, Adwords.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are a clear, articulate speaker
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Fluency in or Spanish or Japanese is advantageous.
