WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for Account Managers with strong SaaS/Digital Marketing backgrounds who are passionate about the success of their customers. The ideal candidate will need to navigate a fast-past environment while having a laser-like focus on ensuring customer satisfaction remains high, assisting with tactical day-to-day needs as well as building a long-term strategic partnership with the accounts. The Account Management position requires strong communication and relationship skills, collaborating with many internal teams as well as a broad spectrum of roles and positions at customer accounts.
