Responsibilities/Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

This role is focused on supporting overall business objectives for Tealium Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy & project management of year-round marketing campaigns focused on Lead Generation and Brand awareness for the region. Will also be focused on customer acquisition and engagement. This is an exciting and challenging role that will require excellent planning, teamwork skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize critical tasks while helping drive overall pipeline.

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Develop, implement & analyze local marketing (direct) programs to support business initiatives 
  • Plan, and implement channel activities, in close partnership with local Partner managers
  • Develop and implement a plan that includes traditional and web-based lead generating activities and methods to drive consistent leads 
  • Digital/Web marketing programs: Design, implement & evaluate digital and social campaigns
  • Design, Develop & Implement F2F seminars, Tradeshows to drive sales initiatives
  • Work with regional Marketing teams to implement Customer Advocacy program in Japan
  • Strong written and communication skills

 

WHY YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT

  • Bachelor’s Degree (business / marketing) 
  • 3-5 years in Marketing in Software, SAAS, or IT organizations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Pardot experience is a plus
  • Worked on Regional Marketing Nurture campaigns
  • Proactive, Detail Oriented
  • Team focused - eager to work with both local and global teams to achieve goals
