You possess deep knowledge of Web, App, Network, Server, Storage and Security technologies to collaborate and enhance operations and automation capabilities. 







On our ProdOps team, you’ll work in our all-cloud environment; a rapidly evolving and expanding system architecture utilizing Big-Data across highly distributed data collection and messaging tiers.  You’ll work closely with our Engineering organization, from product idea, through the product lifecycle, and onto automating and supporting a global, 24/7 highly available production operation.


  • You will utilize your knowledge of Web, App, Network, Server, Storage and Security technologies to collaborate and enhance operations and automation capabilities
  • Provide total overall ownership for health and performance of Tealium’s Production AWS Infrastructure and Application Operations
  • Resolve service outages and build automated responses for recurrence prevention
  • Work with the team to develop and deploy monitoring and alerting architecture, and implement monitoring/logging solutions
  • Responsible for overall system and infrastructure operations in our Cloud environment
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner as necessary to maintain the performance and stability of all Web Operations
  • Responsible for Root Cause Analysis on all customer-affecting outages and for implementing corrective action plans and build automated responses for recurrence prevention



  • You bring 5+ years UNIX/Linux system administration, Debian based system preferred
  • Enterprise experience of Amazon Web Services (AWS) management is a must (EC2, ELB, EBS, S3, Dynamo)
  • You have experience with continuous deployment (Chef/Puppet)
  • You have development experience in any language, Perl, Ruby or Python preferred.
  • You have experience with Continuous Integration tools (CI), Jenkins preferred
  • You have experience with distributed Source Code Management tools (SCM), git is preferred
  • Experience with Splunk and/or SumoLogic a plus
