WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Tealium is seeking world-class consultants to join our global partnerships organization. Tealium's Sr. Partnership Solutions Consultants serve as a technical support resource for partnership teams, including but not limited to technology and agency partners. Sr. SCs utilize technology and digital marketing expertise to support Tealium's partnership efforts by positioning our cloud based, SaaS solutions against those of our competitors while translating the technical merits of the solution into value for both technology and agency partners.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Provide product/service advice and technical guidance and enablement to partner representatives, their customers and prospects and technology integration teams.
  • Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and enablement plans
  • Participate in the completion of RFPs and/or RFIs
  • Development of formal go to market strategy and plans with partners
  • Contribute to ongoing partnership development and support
  • Enhance partnership documentation and join sales materials
  • Act as agency advocates post sales for joint support of the customer
  • Engage with sales and colleagues in ongoing knowledge sharing and subject matter growth
  • Research Complimentary and Competitive technology vendors/solutions
  • Requirements Gathering, Whiteboarding/Wireframing, and Solution Design

What kind of Solutions will you create:

  • Standardizing data collection practices across many Digital Properties, Business Units, as well as Service Vendors
  • Suppressing Media spend after a customer has converted within any Channel (Desktop, Mobile, Offline, etc)
  • Personalizing content and messaging On-site, Off-site Display Ads, Emails, and others, based on interactions across multiple Channels

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

  • You possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent related work experience
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer or implementation engineer working with enterprise SaaS product(s).  
  • You have experience with one or more solutions within:
    • Web Analytics
    • Search Engine Marketing
    • Display Marketing
    • Email Service Providers
    • Data Management Platforms
    • Demand or Supply Side Platforms
    • Digital Exchanges
    • Content Management Systems
    • Mobile Analytics
    • Ad Serving
    • Content Optimization/MVT and Personalization
  • You possess presentation skills and experience that demonstrate technical proficiency, digital marketing knowledge, business, and communication skills
  • You know your way around the browser's Developer Tools
  • You know Cookies, Local Storage, Querystring components, and other core browser components
  • You are comfortable up at a Whiteboard and remotely creating solution wireframes
  • You have the ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions
  • You have a clear understanding of Sales Process, Cycles and methodologies.
  • You have a keen understanding of agency business development and business models
  • You have experience with digital ad purchasing, sales or delivery
  • You skillset includes the following:
    • Digital Marketing Vendor Installation, Management and Troubleshooting
    • Understanding of JavaScript "Tags" - event handling / JSON
    • Web Technologies - AJAX, jQuery, HTML
    • Mobile and Mobile/platform apps - iOS, Android, Blackberry and emerging web technologies
    • Web Development Tools
    • REST, SOAP and other APIs formats
    • Structured and Unstructured Data concepts
